Michael & Jo Rodriguez take their personal fitness journey seriously.
They have competed in several OCR's, obstacle course races, over the past few years along with their daughter Hanna.
What they learn on the course gets applied in the gym & in their personal lives.

Michael Rodriguez currently holds three certifications through the National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association [NESTA].
[CMFT] Certified Muay Thai Fitness Instructor.
[CGEI] Certified Group Exercise Instructor.
[CLWMS] Certified Lifestyle Weight Management Specialist.
Michael & Jo provide healthy eating tips that, when applied properly, will provide good result when healthy weight control is your primary focus. So whether you are 18 or 89 we will work to keep you on track & motivated to become a healthier version of you.
Understanding & adopting new fitness habits is difficult even for
the young at heart. Many times we become overwhelmed & quit.
Our goal is to challenge you & change your view on fitness no matter your age, so that it becomes a part of who you are.
We know that by adopting healthy eating & consistent training habits, you will be able to obtain a vibrant & healthy lifestyle.
This picture of my mom was taken in March 2023, she is 89 years young. Her training consists of a simple eating habits & a three day a week whole body training program. My mom looks & feels fantastic!
I have been coaching her since March 2020 with a focus on balance exercises & weight training. Not only does she look great, she feels confident, strong and has energy. Her doctor recently told her;
"Mary you are in such great health you are probably going to live well past 100."
